The Site Acceptance Test (SAT) is to assure the system condition after successful installation is safe and ready to begin commissioning, and assuring that there is no damage or change during shipment. 

The commissioning phase will be the testing of functional requirement and the approved design together in a live real plant environment to ensure the system is ready to go live followed by system handover. A team of engineers will be mobilized to site to provide SAT/Commissioning support, daily reports, toolbox meeting, LOTO and other plant HSE policies will be strictly followed
